How to register?

The registration form for ICAIDS 2026 is available under the Downloads section of the conference website. Completed forms must be submitted to the Conference Chair by 07.01.2026.

Payment of Registration Fees:

  • Fees can be paid via internet banking, direct transfer, or credit/debit card.
  • Bank account details are provided for your convenience on the website.

Important: Corresponding authors must include a copy of the payment receipt or proof of payment, along with the banking reference number, when submitting the registration form. Secure your spot and ensure timely submission to participate in this global AI and Data Science event!

*The camera-ready paper must be submitted with the following documents as well.

1. The template only includes camera-ready paper (in a Microsoft Office Word file)
2. Filled in an Enrollment form (scanned copy)
3. A scanned copy of the proof that the registration cost was paid via internet banking

After the online transfer is done, please submit a copy of the receipt along with your paper ID to (Email). Only cash (USD) is accepted for registration and payment on-site.

Invoice Request:
If you pay for your registration, an invoice will be given to you on-site during the conference. Nevertheless, if the writers require an invoice prior to payment, kindly forward the information below to (Email). “Invoice request” must be the subject line of the email requesting an invoice. The relevant author will receive a copy of the invoice in the file type PDF.

Details needed for invoice:
  1. Paper ID
  2. Name of the billing author and affiliation
  3. Billing address (with TAX number, if any)
  4. E-mail ID
  5. Title of the paper
  6. Category of registration (Student/ professional with publication option)
  7. Invoice amount (Registration fee)
        As soon as you receive the acceptance email from the ___, kindly give the above details.

Important: Before submitting the final work, at least ONE author MUST register for the entire conference. At the conference, students will need to provide their full-time student IDs for verification.
Authors of approved papers are required to send an email requesting a “Letter of invitation” along with their name, affiliation, working email address, paper ID, title, and list of authors. “Invitation letter request” must be the subject line of the email. Kindly email__ with your request.

Notes: After completing your registration, you will receive an email confirming your submission. You can keep the letter as evidence that you got the payment. On request, the payment receipt will be sent out during the conference, nevertheless. For the receipt, kindly report to the registration desk. The registration counter will only accept cash in Indian rupees (INR). The participants are responsible for covering all bank fees. Only the net amount to be received by (publications_) excluding any bank charges—will be stated in the final receipt. If the total money received is less than the invoice amount, registrants will be required to pay the remaining balance (cash) on the spot.

Refund and Cancellation Policies: If a cancellation is submitted in writing and received by the (Publications_) on or before (date), 50% of the registration cost will be refunded. After refund and dismissal, the appropriate final paper will be withdrawn from the proceeding. Refunds for dismissals made after (date) will not be granted. Any necessary refunds will be transferred online following the conference.
